Video Production Equipment
You don't care about cameras and video gear, you care about getting a great video production. But you should care about the equipment and here's why -
Because it is so expensive, many small video production companies just don't have the quallity or quantity (or neither) of professional video tools - tools that are needed to do the polished, professional video production you need.
They make do with less, but it shows. There probably isn't a show on television, nor a movie you've watched that wasn't shot with at least three video cameras, and probably four, six or more. Pay attention the next time you watch a show, or a commercial for a big, national company.
Viewers have become sophisticated and, perhaps without knowing why, they'll often feel that a one or two-camera video is amateurish.
And don't get me started on microphones! I'm constantly amazed at the number of production houses that will do a video shoot with just a single mic - often just a shotgun mic. If you don't have crisp, clear audio in your video production, it won't matter how well the video was shot and edited - it is going to seem amateurish.
Camera cranes, dollys and Steadicams, along with a bit of handheld camera work will help get a good mix of camera movement for your production, yet most small production companies will only have one or two of these invaluable items.
Plan to talk in front of the camera? Using a teleprompter will put you at ease and help you finish in just one or two takes.
Greenscreens can put the "Wow!" into your video production, and they don't add one penny to the cost of your production - at least not with OKVideoProductions.
Need background or lower-thirds animations? Special effects? Background music? No problem!
If you talk to a video production business that doesn't have all this gear and ability, you should wonder just how serious they are about the video business and just how on earth are they going to produce a professional video for you?
So if your budget is well under five figures, but you want your production to look like it was done by a big studio, you're in the right place. Why not contact us right now?
